To be considered for this role, the candidate must be able to work well independently as well as with a team in fast paced environment. Responsibilities: Reading and interpreting blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine the layout of construction projects. Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials. Constructing building frameworks, including walls, floors, and doorframes, according to construction plans. Installing structures and fixtures, such as windows, molding, and cabinets. Erecting scaffolding and ladders for assembling structures above ground level. Inspecting and replacing damaged framework or other structures and fixtures. Utilizing hand and power tools to complete projects efficiently and accurately. Following safety procedures and regulations to ensure a safe working environment. Collaborating with other construction workers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely completion of projects. Maintaining cleanliness and organization of work areas. Qualifications and Skills Relevant certificate Minimum 2 years’ work experience Proficiency in reading blueprints and technical drawings. Demonstrated knowledge of carpentry techniques and construction methods. Ability to accurately measure, cut, and shape materials. Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship. Physical stamina and strength to perform tasks requiring lifting, climbing, and prolonged standing. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
