Key Role Details: Start date 11th June 2024 $26.18 per hour super and penalty rates Permanent, full-time and part-time (30 hours per week) onsite opportunities Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm Inbound contact centre role 4 weeks full time paid training Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account management Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super What's in it for you?
