We are looking for Customer Service Specialists, to join our vibrant team, at our Ballarat delivery centre, working with one of Australia's leading superannuation funds. Offering in office opportunities that are not customer facing. Key Role Details: Start date 11th June 2024 $26.18 per hour super and penalty rates Permanent, full-time and part-time (30 hours per week) onsite opportunities Monday to Friday 8am - 8pm Inbound contact centre role 4 weeks full time paid training Key Responsibilities: First point of contact for customer service and account management Understand individual customer needs and deliver a personalised experience Assist customers to understand their superannuation requirements Guide employers through their employee superannuation obligations Conduct eligibility checks for early release of super What's in it for you?
