Your Role Reporting to the Customer Service Manager and working alongside a high performing team, your role will include: Providing an exceptional experience to the customer by responding to incoming telephone enquiries Managing high volumne of inbound customer calls 80 - 100 calls daily Communicate effectively with internal staff Directing calls to appropriate departments Updating customer details on the system Resolving any hiccups that occur in the customer service process by providing an outstanding resolution for the customer. General Administration and data entry Your Profile As a Customer Service Officer with proven experience within your field, you will be able to demonstrate the following: Excellent communication skills Ability to multitask Exceptional attention to detail The ability to work quickly and accurately. Exposure to large CRM systems and a passion to delivery exceptional service to both internal and external key stakeholders Experience working in a call centre environment and within manufacturing industry will also be highly regarded. You will have a down to earth nature, and a natural ‘get up and go’ personality. You will be reliable, you take pride in your work and have a confident and professional attitude.
