Customer Service Officer — Emerald, Central Highlands

We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our client based in Emerald Intro Recruitment is partnering with a Government business who are currently looking for a Customer Service Officer to join their team in Emerald. Responsibilities: Deliver a positive customer experience by exercising a high degree of judgment and initiative focused on first point of contact resolution. Undertake financial transactions, cash handling, receipting and banking processes in accordance with established procedures. Accurate and efficient data input and records management Provide general administrative support requiring the exercise of sound judgement, initiative, confidentiality and sensitivity in the performance of work. Maintain a high standard of corporate image and personal presentation Candidate Criteria: Call Centre Skills/Knowledge. Minimum of three (3) years customer service experience. Multitasking Exceptional customer service, active listening, verbal and written communication skills Microsoft Office Skills/Knowledge: Excel, Word, Teams.
