A critical element of its quality student experience is the provision of a personalised student support service. The Sales Coach role requires a passionate, proactive, empathetic, and resourceful member capable of facilitating a measurable difference in student enrolments. The role has an 80/20 workload, 80% coaching and 20% operating as a back-up Team Leader to back-fill leave and absenteeism. The role is broad in scope and requires a high degree of initiative and self-management. About You To be successful in this role you will have: 3 years’ experience in Sales leadership incorporating Sales Coaching roles for Inside Sales Previous experience within a Contact Centre or telephone support context Exhibits effective management skills and is able to adjust style and approach appropriately Ability to reflect on practice and formulate strategies and processes to effect change Excellent communication skills; able to communicate effectively with leaders within the team and larger organisation Extensive experience and demonstrated ability to lead, support and provide feedback to enhance and develop a sales team in an evolving environment Demonstrated ability to positively contribute to the development of a culture that maximises employee and student engagement Excellent written communication skills and an eye for detail Evidence of being a hands-on self-starter with a solution-focused attitude to problem solving Demonstrated high-level computer literacy including the use of e-mail, word processing, spreadsheet, and database applications and the demonstrated capacity to learn new programs Experience with a Customer Management System (e.g. Salesforce) What’s in it for you?
