About the opportunity: The UC Medical & Counselling Centre are looking for a Medical Receptionist to join their friendly and empathetic team of medical professionals that support students, staff, and the wider community. Reporting to the Practice Manager, the Medical Receptionist will get the opportunity to be an integral part of this hard working and welcoming environment, participate in interesting work and enjoy guaranteed hours. In this role, you will provide a high level of customer service, professional reception support, juggle competing priorities and add value to patients in a sometimes-challenging environment. To be successful in this role, you will have an exceptional ability to multitask with a high level of accuracy. You will be required to show initiative in your work, have strong communication, organisational and time management skills and will demonstrate your understanding of the importance of confidentiality as it relates to a medical facility.
