Customer Service Consultant — Docklands, Melbourne

Job Description As a Contact Centre Agent, you will provide high quality, accurate and efficient service to patients, in a professional, caring and friendly manner. You will support patients with questions about their upcoming appointment and ensure they have all the information they require as part of their medical journey. What you need to know: Our customers need us around the clock, so this role works on a roster across Monday – Friday, 8am – 8pm (7.6 hr shifts) Based out of our brand new office in Docklands Permanent Full-Time role Why work with TSA?
