Sales Manager — Mulgrave, Monash Area

You will manage and lead the sales function for your products/market and will flourish in this role with exciting segment strategy in place. Specifically you will: Ensure that our customers are supported actively and with ongoing relationships in mind Conduct regular review meetings Identify and deliver on new opportunities and product sales strategies for foods packaging Prepare and present reporting and analysis on business activity, performance against targets and market industry opportunities Support preparation and submission of proposals that deliver a competitive and valuable service offering for customers and our business Represent the customers "voice" within the business and ensure their excellent experience throughout PACT Identify sales training needs and participate in sales training programs as required Liaise with Quality Assurance and production for the external issue of specifications for customer approval Your skills and experience With a demonstratable track record in sales management and astute commercial acumen as well as practical experience in managing and sales to major accounts. You will also bring: Demonstrated commitment and belief of Safety in the workplace and working “Toward Zero Harm” Formal/Tertiary qualifications in Business/Finance or related discipline would be preferred Resilience with a strong desire to achieve, operational excellence and delivery of agreed growth objectives Strategic and collaborative approach that embeds and harnesses commitment to customer value and service excellence Entrepreneurial mindset, technical aptitude and understanding of manufacturing processes is highly beneficial
