Well, we're proud at JLL to say we're the ones who make that happen We're looking for a talented and experienced Retail Manager to support our Centre Manager and onsite team, managing a multi mixed use development including a retail precinct, newly re-furbished office tower and commercial parking station. The role will also absorb a couple of additional retail assets, all in close proximity for a premium client. Key responsibilities include. Assisting the Centre Manager to deliver the business plan objectives and budgets Ensuring the centre operates to the highest level and we continue to improve sales and foot-traffic to increase return on investment to the owner Managing relationships with tenants Providing input into the marketing strategy when required Preparing agenda and minutes for regular client or team meetings Assisting the Centre Manager to ensure that all rentals, outgoings, turnover rental, promotion levy's, tenant electricity and any other tenant recoverable are collected by the due date as specified in the lease Assisting the Finance Manger with arrears and acting promptly to reduce these Ensuring tenancy schedules are accurate and updated as required Client reporting, assisting with business plans, income and expenditure budgets Ensuring that all retailers, contractors, casual mall lessees, have appropriate and required public liability insurance cover, business registrations, workplace health and safety, etc. Any other duties required by Centre Manager, Head of Retail QLD, or any task which may be required to be completed during the normal daily functions of the Centre Management Offices Sound like you? Retail property management or shopping centre management experience is preferred where you have consistently been delivering high levels of service and performance to variety of stakeholders. You have strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with clients, tenants and broader community. Also important is financial capabilities and sound computer literacy. A real estate licence is required or salesperson certification.
