Reporting directly to the Warehouse Team Leader who will be your mentor and key to your success, your role will be critical in the successful receiving and despatching a wide range of office furniture to a wide cross section of companies across Melbourne and regional Victoria. Assisting the Warehouse Team Leader your “can do” attitude will see you: Picking and packing orders Accurately receipting and dispatching of goods Keeping the warehouse in a neat and organised manner Working closely with the Logistics department and other stakeholders re delivery schedules Participating in stock takes as required Maintaining OH&S standards in line with company process and policy Essential Capabilities & Qualifications: Experience working in a busy warehouse for a minimum of 1- 2 years Current Forklift License LF with forklift driving experience Attention to detail and safety conscious Computer literate Strong Communication skills – good command of English Ability to communicate and deal with customers Effective team player and able to work well with others Good problem solving ability To thrive in this role, you will have a desire to further your career in warehousing .
