Description Key Responsibilities: Develop training administration processes in collaboration with the Training Manager. Create necessary tools to support project administration processes. Assist in scheduling and managing classroom-based sessions, including trainer liaison. Ensure successful completion of CSR and site manager learning plans by coordinating with site managers. Manage learning data using relevant tools and platforms. Track and report learning results and completions. Consolidate and analyse training data for reporting purposes. Handle project-related training inquiries promptly and efficiently. Resolve administration-related issues in collaboration with project or business representatives. Work closely with the Training Manager to facilitate training completion progress and provide regular status/update reports. Profile Required Skills and Experience: Previous experience as a Training or Learning Administrator/Coordinator is essential. Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Proficient in using training administration tools and systems - MS Suite, Excel etc. Ability to work effectively on-site, 5 days per week.
