Welcome and assist clients, acting as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders. Manage room bookings and ensure smooth room setups. Coordinate catering for meetings. Perform general office administration tasks and maintain office facilities. Requirements: Availability to work Monday-to-Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm Present yourself professionally with excellent communication skills. Deliver high-quality service and care to clients. Work effectively both independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills Previous experience in professional services is advantageous.
