The Position To provide excellent customer service to Albury Airport customers and assist in the efficient operation of the cafe, bar and terminal facility. Qualifications & experience Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Experience in the hospitality industry Tasks & responsibilities Assist customers with sales/purchases required in a friendly and courteous manner Encourage passengers and customers to make purchases from the Cafe Provide a high level of hospitality expertise in food and beverage handling and presentation. Operate POS registers for Cafe and Bar sales, including reconciliation, daily banking, eftpos and change bags. Cleaning all cafe and surrounding assets Hours Working on a casual basis, across a 7- day spread, with actual days and times being worked in accordance with facility roster, with no RDO. Hours worked on weekends will attract the appropriate loadings.
