Then we could have the ideal role for you Then you have the magic to be Team Merlin at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium About the Role We are seeking a casual Retail Assistant to join the Retail team at SEA LIFE Sunshine Coast Aquarium . As a Retail Assistant at SEA LIFE Sunshine Aquarium, your role is to assist guests with the sales of products to reminisce their spectacular visit to the attraction. Additionally, effectively display products in all retail areas and ultimately provide an exceptional customer service experience to all visitors to the attraction. Further responsibilities include: Processing customer sales, including upselling. Perform light manual labour including accepting deliveries, stocking shelves, cleaning, and other work where required. Deliver consistently high guest service to support an increase in customer satisfaction focused KPI results. Visual merchandising of a range of different products across the store. Involvement in stocktake. Please note that this role requires regular weekend and school holiday availability. About You To shine in this role, you will have a passion for customer service with a focus on fun and positive attitude towards interaction with our guests and upselling techniques. Prior experience in a similar position is preferable, and your ability to have a flexible and adaptable approach along with demonstrated planning, organizational, and time management skills are also desired.
