About the Role Our Customer Service Representatives support our clients, families and referrers to connect them to the allied health supports they need. In this role you will work as part of a dedicated local team, responding to all customer inquiries and referrals, relating to supports for injury, disability, or rehabilitation. As the first point of contact for our clients and clinicians, this role acts as an integral part of the National Customer Service Team, further enhancing our highly regarded market reputation. Working from our office in Varsity Lakes , this role reports to one of our dynamic, fun, and supportive Customer Service Supervisors. The team connect daily to connect and share information and to ensure that workload is balanced amongst all team members. Our Customer Service Representatives are individuals from varied skillsets, backgrounds, and personalities – and this is what we love the most The team culture is wonderful, and the team love to have a laugh whilst getting the work done.
