Customer Service Administrator — Airport West, Moonee Valley

As a Customer Service Administrator , you will play a vital role in ensuring smooth operations within the logistics department. Your responsibilities will include managing customer inquiries, processing paperwork, coordinating with internal contacts and contractors, and processing order inquiries. THIS IS A FULL TIME PERMAENT ROLE - IN OFFICE 5 DAYS PER WEEK 8:00AM – 4:30PM MONDAY – FRIDAY Key Responsibilities: Handling customer inquiries and providing exceptional service. Liasing via email and phone with internal customers Assessing quotes and processing order inquiries Monitoring incoming emails and quote requests Other general administration activities Required Skills: Excellent attention to detail. Strong technical proficiency, particularly in Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.
