With years of industry experience, they offer a comprehensive range of services, from logbook servicing to complex mechanical repairs. The Customer Services Receptionist is responsible for providing excellent customer service and team support in the workshop. What’s in it for me? • ASAP start in a temp to perm role • Pay rate of $35 per hour • Work with a friendly local team Job responsibilities • Ensure customers are welcomed warmly and build rapport, establishing quickly what their visit is about • Liaise with Workshop Manager and auto technicians about customer needs • Schedule repair/maintenance bookings • Liaise with Suppliers and order parts • Prepare and issue invoicing for vehicle service and repair work to customers • Assist with transport drop off/pickup for commercial customers • Ensure customer details and jobs are up to date on our database • Managing CBD email inbox of all incoming enquires Experience and Qualifications • Experience in customer service is ideal but not essential if you have the right attitude and willingness to learn • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) • Experience in accounts payable and receivable desirable but not essential • Motor vehicle industry experience is desirable but not essential • Must hold a valid, Current Australian Drivers Licence; If you feel that you have the above attributes please click "Apply Now" and register your interest or call Sarah on 07 3343 6777 At Fuse, we specialise in recruitment for the manufacturing industry and actively source a variety of roles for a broad range of manufacturers.
