Customer Service Representative — Chatswood, Willoughby Area

This company operates within medical devices, optical lenses, animal health and pharmaceutical treatment to enhance and protect vision. The Sydney office is located in Macquarie park, where a well-established Customer Service team operate in a hybrid work from home model. The Role Join the Customer Service team supporting optometry clients, including franchised groups & independent stores. Daily responsibilities include processing orders in SAP, responding to customer enquiries over phone and email, updating customer details in Salesforce, liaising with warehousing teams, & processing invoices. Hours of operation span from 8:30-6pm. General hours of the role will be 9-5:30, with one week a month working 9-6, however that week comes with the option to work from home the entire time. This is non-negotiable. Skills & Experience Customer Service experience with a tangible good, ideally in healthcare is ideal. Strong verbal communication and listening skills. Excellent written communication skills. Ability to work in a charismatics and enthusiastic team. Excellent time management and organisation skills. SAP order processing is highly desirable.
