CAFÉ ALL ROUNDER - Immediate Start Soul Food Depot & Gallery requires an experienced Café Allrounder who is motivated and passionate about preparing and serving coffee and food. The role: You are essential to supporting the successful operation of Customer service, and able to assist in the preparation of coffee or food on a daily basis. Specifically, you will perform the following tasks to the highest standards: • Serving customers • Prepare and serve coffee • Prepare and serve food (make and toast sandwiches, serve pies, sausage rolls etc) • Conduct quality control, ensuring all rostered tasks are completed for the day, ready for service the next day • Ensure company compliance of all OH&S/WH&S requirements including kitchen cleanliness staff/customer safety What’s in it for you? • A people first, positive working culture and environment • Free coffee during working hours • Free lunch and drink during working hours To be successful in this role you will: • Have 1 year customer service experience • Current responsible service of alcohol or willing to obtain • Willingness to work in a fast-paced environment with high pressure • Produce quality product with exceptional presentation • Effectively manage time and prioritize tasks and understand sequence of service • Have excellent communication and leadership skills • Be reliable and able to work on weekends • Have excellent personal hygiene and presentation We will assist in finding accommodation for you At Soul Food Depot we love to produce delicious food and the best coffee for our customers.
