Due to an internal promotion we are currently looking for a Senior Retail Manager based in a premier asset located in their portfolio. Your main responsibility will be to focus purely on the management and engagement of each individual retailer. Reporting into the Centre Manager other duties will also include, but are not limited to: Establish and maintain relationships with retailers Arrears management Active participation within leasing Assist in forecasting and reporting requirements Annual business planning Implementation of effective communication between all divisions Centre compliance As the ideal candidate you will demonstrate strong experience within a Retail Manager position on a large shopping centre or be a Centre Manager managing a small portfolio of centres.
