The Warehouse Supervisor is responsible for maintaining and overseeing inventory and supplies by receiving, storing and delivering items, and providing leadership, supervision and training to the team. Description Leading a dynamic team of up to 15 employees to keep operations running smoothly Delegating work to the team and ensuring that KPI's are met Planning and organising goods in the warehouse and overall inventory management Ensuring a high level of adherence to safety policies and procedures General warehouse duties including preparing customer orders and assisting with deliveries when needed Use of machinery and vehicles in accordance with OHS policies Keeping communication open and consistent with senior managers to ensure operations are seamless A focus on customer excellence, ensuring a great customer experience Profile Essentials: 2-3 years of prior experience in a warehousing/logistics environment Proficient in logistics processes, inventory management, and comfortable with technology Valid Australian driver's license, MR or HR and/or LF preferred Demonstrated leadership experience with a passion for helping people reach their potential Strong communication skills and ability to delegate work and prioritise tasks Take ownership of KPI's and drive team performance Proven abilities to work autonomously and as part of a team Fluent in English with excellent communication skills Full Australian working rights Job Offer Our client is invested in their teams career development and progression, offering training and opportunities to ensure you enjoy a long and rewarding career.
