Job Description We are seeking an experienced and passionate Graphic Designer to join Minor Hotels dynamic Marketing team on a full time basis. This position will be based in our Corporate office in the Brisbane CBD. This position will see you collaborating with talented professionals, leveraging your expertise to develop innovative digital and graphic design content for our portfolio of over 60 properties across Australia and New Zealand. Key Responsibilities Include: Develop highly engaging digital and graphic design assets which support marketing initiatives and campaigns Design creative assets for multi-channel marketing campaigns and initiatives, including landing pages, eDMs, social media graphics, display ads and banners, and website graphics Visually bring-to-life the content marketing strategy through the design of various creative assets Design of creative assets for all PR and local area marketing requirements, including press print ads, signage, pull-up banners, flyers, brochures, fact sheets, and more Establishing digital graphic design solutions and templates that can be used across the creative team Translate marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all brand touch points Provide design support to other business departments to create product graphics, logos, identity design, or other similar offline graphics Translate marketing requirements into compelling, appropriate campaigns and designs Ensure consistency of brand and creative across all brand touch points
