Customer Service Officer — Bayswater, Bayswater Area

Position Overview: Join our client's dynamic Customer Service team to deliver exceptional service and sales support. Bayswater location This role reports directly to the Customer Service Manager, offering a supportive work environment. Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support. Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts. Knowledge: Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Understanding of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in Excel and Word for data processing and administrative tasks. Personal Attributes: Adaptability and self-motivation. Attention to detail, accuracy, and customer service orientation.
