Process sales orders, manage customer queries, and provide administrative support. Support sales efforts, including generating quotations and managing customer accounts. Knowledge: Previous experience in customer service is preferred. Understanding of customer service principles and practices. Familiarity with Italian food products is a plus. Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written. Excellent time management, organisation, and problem-solving abilities.
