This is an awesome opportunity for a talented technician who is looking to get into the projects space. Key Responsibilities: Provide L2 support to clients, via phone, email, and in person. Opportunity to assist with the design of Windows Server environments. Configure and troubleshoot network issues. Manage WAN / WAL connectivity. Administration and support of Microsoft 365 applications. Maintain accurate and clear documentation. Assist with project work (small and large). Offer support, guidance, and mentorship for junior engineers. Build exceptional relationships with customers and offer technical suggestions and insights. Role Requirements: Microsoft 365 Applications experience. Windows Server experience. Collaboration tools experience (Teams, Skype for Business). Virtualization experience (VMWare, VSphere). Disaster Backup and Recovery experience (StorageCraft, Shadow Protect). Firewall experience (Palo Alto, Fortinet). Networking (switches, routers). Hardware experience (Dell, Lenovo, Microsoft, HP).
