Opportunity to work with Industry leading technologies Challenging, fast paced and team oriented environment Fixed term salaried contract till April 2025 The key objective of the role is to provide expert services responsible for the delivery of the Bank's projects in relation to planning, designing, building, testing and ensuring operational readiness of the Bank's IT Infrastructure services. The Corporate Services Group is responsible for the effective provision of information technology, workplace (asset management, facilities management, building security, and procurement) and data management services to support the delivery of the Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. Information Technology Department - responsible for transforming and developing the core IT functions that support the Reserve Bank's policy, operational and corporate objectives. This role is a hybrid position, split in the Sydney CBD office location and working from home. Other responsibilities will include: Provide technical support for the maintenance and implementation of servers and operating systems throughout the Bank. Assist project teams with low level design and implementation Perform security vulnerability maintenance to the server fleet. Participate in problem diagnoses, correction and escalated support of server hardware, firmware, operating systems and supporting systems. Assist with the collection, reporting and interpretation of performance monitoring data, and related activities such as capacity planning. Ensure compliance to corporate change control, security procedures and methodologies. Skills and Experience Advanced knowledge of server operating systems, specifically Red Hat Enterprise Linux. Strong understand of Microsoft Server. Strong understanding of infrastructure server hardware. Experience in keeping infrastructure systems secure. Strong understanding of infrastructure system software. Demonstrated experience in delivery of IT solutions. What's on offer?
