This role will see you prospecting into a Junior Property Manager and learning from the best in the business The Role: We are seeking someone to ensure this agency’s point of difference is embedded into everything they do. On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for: Handling and addressing all rental inquiries Conducting open homes Conducting reference checks on potential tenants Leasing properties Handling Ingoing, outgoing, and routine inspections Processing rental applications and inquiries Assisting Property Managers with ad hoc administration duties The Candidate: A Certificate of registration is essential to be considered as well as a reliable car and a valid driver’s license. The ideal candidate with have at least 6 months experience in Real Estate.
