Role: As an Administration Officer, you will contribute to the effective and efficient management and administration of student related information. You will be required to undertake tasks assigned to you by the Business Manager and provide support to the Principal and Deputy Principals when needed. The ideal applicant will possess the following skills and attributes: Demonstrated high level of communication skills with the ability to address problems with empathy and influence while developing positive working relationships with a wide variety of individuals with the school and wider community High level organisational skills coupled with the capability to prioritise your work load achieving quality and timely outcomes Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Excel and Word Working knowledge of departmental policies, practices and procedures used in schools, particularly administration and finance processes Proven ability to work collaboratively as part of a team with the willingness to learn Knowledge of OneSchool would be highly advantageous Please note that the campus will not have on-site parking. Candidates will need to consider options for public transport or paid parking facilities. The area is well-serviced by public bus and rail and the school includes end-of-trip facilities including showers, lockers and bicycle storage.
