Permanent, 3 days in office, Melbourne CBD The Organisation: FourQuarters are partnering with a global business to find a Privileged Access Management Engineer/Operations Analyst for a full-time permanent role, working primarily with CyberArk and Secrets Manager. They are a progressive, high-performing organisation with a mature security function and investment in new technologies such as Azure Key Vault and GCP. The Role: You will: Own and resolve incidents, conducting root cause analyses and action plans upon incident resolution Lead quality control assurance activities, including executing test plans Design and implement privileged access specifications and standards in line with requirements Work on PAM and IAM uplift projects alongside the international engineering team Work with enterprise stakeholders to understand business requirements and IT standards that influence how PAM solutions/services should operate. About You: Privileged Access Management (PAM) Platform experience CyberArk & AWS Secrets Manager It might also help to have some knowledge of Azure Key Vault & GCP, although not mandatory Background with IAM best practices. E.g. working with Sailpoint, SQL, Oracle Experience in Change/Incident Management Tools such as ServiceNow Understanding of the Sun Model and working within a global team.
