We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated HR Driver/Operator to join our client's Landscape team on a temp to perm basis. Your Responsibilities will be: Driving to and from sites across metropolitan Melbourne Operating equipment for various landscaping tasks including excavation, leveling, and compacting Loading and unloading trees, plants, mulch, and other materials Installation of turf, paths, and retaining walls Working with specialist equipment and subcontractors Watering activities and general landscaping duties Accurate record-keeping of job information and maintenance tasks To be successful you must have: HR Truck Licence (Manual) Excavator/Skid Steer/Front End Loader licence White Card OHS Construction Induction Strong work ethic and commitment to exceptional service Reliable and physically capable of labour intensive work Ability to cultivate loyalty, trust, and honesty within the workforce Understanding of quality customer service principles Ability to maintain confidentiality on sensitive matters Experience in horticultural and/or landscaping industry (highly desirable) Certificate 3 in Horticulture (Landscape Construction) desirable Your benefits: Great working hours allowing for work/life balance Permanency for the right person Further growth with professional and personal development opportunities Employee Assistance Program.
