We are looking for a switched-on Administration Assistant - RTO Support to join the Training Services Team. This is a full-time role based in our Southport office . As a respected member of the RTO Support team, your responsibilities encompass quality assurance and the provision of high-quality service and support to both staff and students. Your valuable contributions play a pivotal role in upholding excellence within the team. What will you be doing? Providing exceptional and accurate administrative support for the Training Services Team across NSW/QLD . You will be ensuring all training documentation and processes are compliant and current, in line with RTO standards, contract requirements and ETC processes. Who are we looking for? Someone who thrives in a team and wants to work in a progressive and supportive environment. You have a positive, ‘can-do’ demeanor and you live and breathe exceptional customer service. With previous experience in an administrative role, you understand how to effectively prioritise your work to manage your time and are adept at using the MS Office suite. You have a great eye for detail with the ability to ‘quality-check’ training documentation to ensure compliance with all policies, processes and course requirements. Ideally you have previous experience in an RTO environment, although this is not essential for the role. Ideally, candidates for this role would possess prior experience in the VET sector and an understanding within the RTO environment. Knowledge of state fund models, RTO standards and proficiency in using Student management systems (such as aXcelerate) and Learner management systems would be advantageous, although it it not essential for the position.
