RTO Training and Systems Administrator — Ferntree Gully, Knox Area

Primary Location VIC - Ferntree Gully Summary An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Registered Training Organisation (RTO) Training Administrator to join Service Stream's RTO EnerSafe. About the Role Reporting into the RTO Manager, the Training and Systems Administrator will be responsible for the administration and optimisation of our training systems and platform for our RTO, EnerSafe. You will be responsible for maintaining our student and learning management systems, virtual training platforms and other software to support the operations of the RTO. You will collaborate with various stakeholders getting involved in all aspects of training including scheduling and coordinating training and trainers, supporting students and working on training related materials. This Part-Time role is based at our Ferntree Gully depot with flex / hybrid work options ensuring a rewarding role where you can connect with a close-knit team and achieve work / life balance. Nature of position: Part-time with Hybrid / Flex options Location: Ferntree Gully, VIC Reporting Line: Organisational Development Manager / RTO Manager Key Responsibilities: Processing student enrolment applications and supporting students to effectively engage with RTO systems and processes Processing purchase orders and invoices and accurately maintaining financial records Supporting the delivery of training including scheduling courses, coordinating trainers and training materials, managing student enrolments, processing payments and assisting with updates to training materials Maintaining and organising training materials and records ensuring the document control and archiving processes are maintained Supporting delivery teams with the completion of reporting documentation for ASQA and other regulatory bodies Building and managing effective internal and external relationships that support the delivery of training Answering internal and external training related telephone and enquiries and supporting the management of the RTO inbox Supporting the team to implement continuous improvement initiatives Updating marketing materials in line with the ASQA standards About you: Essential criteria: A team player with relevant experience in a similar role and a proven track record of successfully supporting a team A solution focused mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and work collaboratively with a variety of internal and external stakeholders Strong verbal and written communication skills Excellent interpersonal skills, with an ability to adapt to different situations as required Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team Experience managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced fluid environment Advanced level computer skills in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Australian Driver's License Desirable : Experience working in the Vocational Education and Training (VET) sector Certificate IV in Workplace Training and Assessment or higher A good understanding of the VET quality framework Experience scheduling courses and conducting enrolment sessions Experience dealing with trainers across multiple courses and venues Experience using learning management systems (LMS) and/or other databases In return Service Stream has a fantastic range of employee benefits to thank our staff for the hard work and dedication they put in every day.
