You will come with a strong background in solutions selling in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem with people management and leadership experience. You will need some experience working experience with AvePoint technology. Your team is tasked with serving as key technical resources through the sales cycle. That means you'll need to become an authority in the features and benefits of our software and solutions to educate customers, gain consensus, and demonstrate value solving their concerns, primarily Microsoft 365 concerns. You will sit on the Australian Leadership team. You will be a strategic thinker that delivers a pro-active solution engineering partnership with our sales team and executes on initiatives that drives engagement with our prospects and customers. What your day to day will look like: Manage the Direct and Channel Solution Engineers Act as the customer and partner advocate and liaison to the AvePoint product management and delivery teams Provide mentorship and coaching to members of the team both professionally and technically and host and run team meetings as well as quarterly planning Identify strategic business opportunities in the marketplace and build capability to increase business value and competitive advantage for AvePoint Identify new and/or cross-sell opportunities with existing customers/prospects Present and demonstrate appropriately tailored AvePoint product offerings relevant to customer objectives remotely and on-site Provide quality assurance across all engagements Participate in writing, review and approve all response to RFIs / RFPs that showcase how the AvePoint product line can satisfy customer requirements with attractive return on their investment Develop localised solution/product go-to market offerings that are both industry and technology aligned Support AvePoint Partner and Marketing teams with their field activities What you will bring to our team: You're tasked with serving as a key technical resource through the sales cycle. That means you'll need to become an authority in the features and benefits of our software and services solutions to properly educate customers, gain consensus, and demonstrate value solving their SharePoint and Office 365 concerns.
