The Solution Sales Engineer role at our client's Electrification Business is pivotal in driving the growth and success of the organization. The Solution Sales Engineer will collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to understand customer requirements, develop compelling value propositions, and drive sales of our client's electrification products and services. Key Responsibilities: Identifying and qualifying sales opportunities within the assigned market segment. Engaging with customers to understand their challenges, objectives, and requirements. Developing and presenting customized solutions that address customer needs and deliver value. Collaborating with internal technical teams to design and engineer solutions that meet customer specifications. Preparing and delivering persuasive sales presentations and proposals to key decision-makers. Negotiating contracts and agreements to secure profitable business opportunities. Maintaining accurate records of sales activities, opportunities, and customer interactions using CRM systems. Staying abreast of industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and mitigate risks. Building and nurturing strong relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders to foster long-term loyalty and drive repeat business. Providing technical support and expertise to customers throughout the sales process. Conducting product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase our client's electrification solutions. Collaborating with marketing teams to develop promotional materials and campaigns that support sales efforts. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of success in solution sales, preferably within the electrification or related industry. Strong technical acumen with a deep understanding of electrical systems, products, and applications. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and build relationships at all levels of the organization.
