As a senior systems engineer, you'll be integral to enhancing operations and shaping strategic direction. Description Reporting to the Tech Services Team Leader you will be responsible for: Support BUA, Ensure day-to-day operation, administration, and support of the group IT platform. Within an ITIL framework, ensure that IT changes are controlled and do not adversely affect the business. Be a key point of escalation to resolve technical issues. Ensure communication with key stakeholders is current and effective. Support and engage with a diverse customer base from both office and site-based locations. Collaborate, and work effectively with other teams in the wider IT group. Profile To be considered for and successful in this role you will: Currently be living in Perth, WA Have experience in a similar role supporting and administering medium to large-scale IT environments. Demonstrated ability to effectively troubleshoot and resolve issues. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Azure and PowerShell Experience working with: Windows Server, Active Directory Virtualisation (VMWare) Office 365 Strong knowledge of data centre servers and storage Backup software (preferably Commvault) Other desirable but not essential experience includes: Citrix Microsoft SQL 2012 Cisco Networking Experience managing IP telephony systems (Cisco Call Manager) Job Offer In return you will: Receive a competitive day rate.
