State Administration Supervisor — Perth CBD, Perth

The Exciting Opportunity: You will manage the accounts, payroll, administrative, purchasing and compliance aspects of several branches within WA, focusing on ensuring our compliance is up to speed for auditing purposes. Role based at our Kewdale office, with travel / work completed within various locations across Perth. Reporting directly to the State Manager - Contract Logistics WA, the key functions of this role include: Reconcile multiple accounts ensuring payments received are correct, raising any queries with clients and following to conclusion. Ensure client invoicing across the branches is correct and all weekly P&L requirements are met. Provide necessary support to the State Manager and Operations Managers where necessary. Overseeing the compliance of the business including monthly audits, and the ongoing maintenance of documentation Preparation of timely and accurate data for analysis using advanced Excel skills Collaborate and work closely with multiple teams and functions meeting site requirements and providing onsite assistance. Review the current processes and report on improvement initiatives and training requirements. You will have: Preferably experience in a logistics or transport related industry Strong accounting & administration experience. Quality assurance / compliance background highly desirable Meticulous in your approach with a high-level attention to detail and analysis of data and documentation High level understanding of customer service fundamentals and appropriate skills in dealing with internal and external clients. Advanced Microsoft Office. The ability to adapt into new systems and environments and make the necessary improvements. The ability to provide strong leadership.
