SALES AND EVENT MANAGER — Brisbane CBD, Brisbane

Your role will take ownership of the client journey through the booking process, coordination and successful completion of our weddings, functions and conferences. Join the team at The Fresh Collective and manage events across multiple venues and offsite events This is exciting opportunity within great team for a Sales and Event Manager based in Brisbane. Reporting directly to the Head of Sales & Events QLD, the successful applicant will be responsible for the management of repeat business & event coordination across venues in the Fresh portfolio in Brisbane, as well major offsite events within South East Qld. Expected salary $70-80K Super subject to experience Our Brisbane Venue Portfolio includes: Waters Edge Weddings & Events Riverlife Qld Museum L’Americano About the role…. Plan and coordinate all assigned events for weddings, corporate, private functions and offsite Provide support to sales team in quoting, negotiation and contracting events Liaising with clients over the phone, via email and in person Manage and maintain repeat business across all venues Ensure timely and accurate communication to a wide audience externally and internally Attend relevant meetings in regard to assigned events. Attend weekly meetings to ensure upcoming events are finalised in advance and executed seamlessly Represent the Fresh brand at networking functions as required. Provide leads and information where possible to the sales team to ensure the full potential of each account is established. About You…. 1 – 2 years’ experience in event planning in a similar role for a premium hospitality group, catering company or luxury hotel.
