As our People Services Administrator, reporting to the People Services Team Leader, you will act as the first point of contact for general administration and employee service requests. You will be involved in a number of HR-related queries and provide exceptional service to the business. This is a fantastic full-time contract opportunity until 31st January 2025, where you will bring your admin skills and sound knowledge of employment contracts to drive efficiencies across the business. A few of your responsibilities Provide efficient and accurate administration support for all employee information management Process contract of employment, separations, employee movements, leave and global mobility activities assigned to the team Prepare and issue all employment agreements and amendments Ensure accurate maintenance of employee information and resolve queries as required Identify and recommend continuous business process improvement of processes, policies and procedures as they pertain to People Services What we are looking for Undergraduate degree in HR, Business or a related discipline desirable Experience in generating employment contracts and managing HR administration Understanding of Australian workplace legislation relating to employment agreements Proven ability to manage high workloads and conflicting deadlines whilst maintaining accuracy Knowledge of SAP Employee Central (SuccessFactors) You are a passionate Human Resources professional who is keen to grasp the fundamentals of employment contracts and workplace legislation. You are a quick learner with a great aptitude for learning new HR systems and working in a satisfying fast-paced environment.
