Due to a number of internal promotions, an exciting opportunity exists for enthusiastic Grade 1 Dietitians to join the Nutrition and Dietetics team at Northern Health. The Role: This role requires flexibility and adaptability in order to work across Northern Health’s inpatient campuses. In addition, the role offers a great opportunity to develop clinical skills in a range of areas. The key areas covered will include acute and sub-acute inpatients and some specialist areas, depending on your level of skill and experience. New graduates are welcome to apply. To be successful in this role you will have: An approved undergraduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited course, or an approved Bachelor of Science Degree (or equivalent) followed by a post graduate degree in Nutrition and Dietetics from an accredited course Demonstrated knowledge and experience in the area of adult nutrition Well-developed interpersonal skills and effective verbal and written communication skills that facilitate an ability to work An ability to work in a multidisciplinary team Demonstrated negotiation and conflict resolution skills Commitment to ongoing professional development Competent computer skills particularly in word processing and Internet use, and the ability to learn dedicated software Understanding of the cultural diversity of the community Current Victorian Driver License Next Steps . . .
