Dream Nannies Nanny & Au Pair Agency Part Time Admin Support Role - Start ASAP Dream Nannies are a Nanny and Au Pair Agency specialising in matching families with their ideal childcarers all over Australia. We’re a small team who are passionate about matching families, nannies, and au pairs for that perfect placement We are looking for an enthusiastic, organised administrator to join our team as an all rounder supporting our childcare recruitment specialist business. You’ll be supporting us to place both professional nannies and overseas travellers looking for an Au Pair experience into roles and helping out with everything from speaking to candidates, organising events and managing our social media So, if you are looking for an interesting and varied role and you are organised and love talking to people, then keep reading, this might be the right role for you. Your responsibility will include: Emailing & messaging Au Pairs to evaluate their suitability and to promote our Au Pair Program in Australia and the UK Attending & supporting the organisation of Au Pair Events (once a month on a Saturday) to help us to organise and deliver a fun and high vibe event and taking photos for social media and marketing purposes. Supporting our Social Media - including coming up with ideas, writing captions, creating graphics, taking photos/ creating videos and scheduling these to social media platforms. Supporting us to manage our 3 large Facebook Groups (one has over 40,000 members) by monitoring comments and answering questions. Various administration tasks such as data entry into out database, drafting and answering emails, formatting documents, posting job advertisements, completing reference checks This is perfect for you if: You are a recent school graduate studying Business/Marketing or Travel You are available for 10 hours per week to come in and work at a home office in Auchenflower – twice a week. You are confident speaking to people via email,Facebook & Instagram and connecting with backpackers from overseas You are interested in travel and connecting with different people, cultures, countries You are someone who is organised, proactive, accountable, and able to meet deadlines You like to solve problems and a can do attitude You have a high Attention to detail Good English skills and English as a first language Good tech/software skills including spreadsheets, simple video editing, Google suite and you have the ability to learn our software systems including Canva.
