Our client is one of the fastest-growing life insurers with genuine care for its staff. Currently, we are seeking a skilled Retail Claims Assessor to join on an initial 6-month contract. Immediate availability is essential. In this role, you'll be entrusted with: Managing Retail claims portfolios including Income Protection, Trauma, and TPD, aligning with AFSL guidelines on Claims Handling Services, Service Level Agreements, and LICOP. Responsively addressing review requests from insured individuals and their representatives regarding claim decisions. Active participation in internal claims forums to collaboratively navigate complex cases. Effective liaison with both internal and external stakeholders. Flexibility to contribute to various projects as needed. What we seek in you: Proven experience in independently managing claims portfolios from end to end. Ideally, a background in Life Insurance.
