About the Role: Uber Eats is looking for a Sales Operations Analyst to be responsible for driving the sales strategy, planning & analysis, while also removing blockers for the sales team so they can achieve even more with less. The role faces a wide range of opportunities and challenges, with ambitious goals for the coming years. Unlocking and addressing these will require strategic thinking, operational excellence and organizational agility. Additionally you will be regularly interfacing with Global/Regional teams and managing sales projects related for ANZ, driving internal cross-functional planning. Your impact in role: Partner with Sales leaders and teams to design and support their Go To Market (GTM) strategy for a customer segment. Provide insights and analysis on commercial performance utilizing a range of data sources and business context. Seek out continuous improvement opportunities in UberEats sales process and end to end sales rep experience. Lead and execute strategic projects that drive an improvement in business performance (i.e. global initiatives that require local ANZ leadership and expertise). These can range from implementing new products to introducing new sales productivity tools. The experience you'll bring: Professional experience in consulting / business intelligence / sales operations or experience related to implementing sales projects Basic CRM (Salesforce) & SQL data model architecture understanding (objects types, field types, record types, dashboard/report types) Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Doc reporting / modelling / forecasting Understanding of pipeline/funnel management Understanding of sales, CSM interaction model/process (e.g, handoff / onboarding period, transition practices) We welcome people from all backgrounds who seek the opportunity to help build a future where everyone and everything can move independently.
