About you: We are seeking a skilled and energetic Administration officer who possess a passion for person centred care. Selection Criteria: Personal integrity and demonstrated commitment to the Philosophy, Mission and Values of Mary Aikenhead Ministries and St Vincent's Health Australia 2.Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills and experience. 3.Highly competent in use of MS Office software and patient information management databases : (e.g. CHIME, CorePAS, Web DeLacy) with quick and accurate data entry skills. 4.Demonstrated experience working in a busy service environment, excellent time management skills flexibility in work practices and skilled in prioritising competing workloads. 5.Excellent written and verbal communication and customer service skills and experience. 6.Proven ability to support a team, with demonstrated experience in initiating and implementing changes to improve service delivery and outcomes Demonstrated ability to work autonomously with little formal guidelines under limited direction.
