About the role Assist our Home Claims and Lodgement HODs with diary management and meeting coordination. Coordinate meetings, including virtual conferences, room bookings, catering, and technical needs. Manage travel arrangements for our assessing team. Draft, proofread, and edit various documents, such as reports and presentations for HODs, ensuring accuracy and professionalism. Provide project assistance as needed. Support culture working groups by organising engaging team building activities. Demonstrate sound decision-making skills. Take clear and concise meeting minutes. Foster exceptional collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders. Coordinate ad-hoc events, dinners, catering, and refreshments as necessary. About you You will have: Previous experience providing administrative support in leadership capacities. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and robust computer skills required. Proactive and motivated, with excellent time management abilities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with keen listening and comprehension. Ability to thrive in a dynamic, high-paced setting. Self-driven and dedicated to accomplishing objectives. High attention to detail, diligence, and proficient proofreading skills.
