This family owned business continues to grow to be a leading supplier of seafood and meat to the Wholesale and Food Service Industries in Australia. Role Reporting to the General Manager, the Sales & Support Manager and support will be responsible for managing day to day inventory control, planning, distribution and relationship of all product related goods whilst supporting the operations & customers Core focuses of the role will include: -With the MD and GM identify untapped opportunities, overcoming perceived customer objections, driving the business forward by maximising sales to existing customers -Inspiring the sales team to consistently meet sales objectives and reasonable customer requirements -Prepare sales and profitability reports monthly with the aim of identifying and carrying out strategies that attain GP% targets and sales forecasts and objectives. Sales analytics by team member, customer, geographic area etc Candidate The successful candidate will be an experienced sales manager with an entrepreneurial mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment. Experience in FMCG food businesses, with strong commercial acumen, will be highly beneficial.
