Purpose of the Role The primary purpose of the role of the Bakery Assistant Position is: Assist with production and packing of product. Assist with Machine Operation. Cleaning duties as required. Complete operational documentation. Carry out manual handling tasks safely. Maintaining hygienic equipment and work stations /areas. About You The ideal candidate will have: Food manufacturing industry experience (preferred) Strong safety focus, working in a team environment Must be punctual, reliable, and highly motivated. Passion for food safety. Adaptable and flexible. Sound communication skills (written and verbal) Proof of rights to work in Australia. Flexibility to work irregular shifts.
