Commercial builder on the Central Coast is looking for a Contract Administrator. The organisation Our client is one of the region's leading commercial builders, delivering a wide range of commercial work across the Central Coast, Newcastle and Hunter region. With a strong project pipeline, they’re seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Contract Administrator to join their team on a permanent full-time basis. The role Supporting the team in contract preparation including the development of detailed scopes of work. Tender preparation, submission review, assessment and award. Serve as a liaison between internal stakeholders and external parties, facilitating effective communication and resolution of contract-related matters. Ongoing contract management including reviewing variations, assessing, and processing progress claims. About you Demonstrated knowledge and 5 years commercial experience. Extremely driven to develop your career within the construction industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to develop relationships and liaise with a range of stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail. A team contributor.
