Account Sales Manager — Yatala, Gold Coast North

About the role The position calls for an organised and motivated professional who will own the responsibility for growth of their Blinds and Awnings products. The role will be focussed on operating in a business-to-business sales environment dealing with Retailers, Fabricators, Installers, Specifiers, and Engineers. Skills & Experience Proven sales ability delivering excellent results. Experience in Blinds and Awnings or associated markets would be an advantage. Knowledge and proficiency in CRM usage. Ability to effectively communicate with customers & leaders of all levels. Ability to work independently, adhere to deadlines and manage time efficiently and productively. Experienced in sales planning, execution and process driven. Well organized, thorough, enthusiastic and productive. Identify solutions that leverage the company’s products. Responsibilities Manage accounts of all sizes by representing the Company externally with clients and internally by working with supporting positions. Ensure all viable clients are engaged on a regular and effective basis. Understanding of the clients’ position in the market, their product/service, points of difference and competitive landscape. Develop sales planning and growth strategy with timelines considering improvement in processes to maximize opportunities for high efficiency. Establish and build strong working relationships with key stakeholders, both internal and external at all levels.
