In this key role, you will be responsible for sourcing and securing casual mall leasing opportunities within the centre and growing your network of diverse retailers. Here's a snapshot of your day; - Maximise casual leasing revenue by securing short term tenants, pop-ups, and centre campaigns - Prospect for new business opportunities and identify new revenue streams - Develop and maintain strong relationships with all tenants within the centre - Develop a casual mall leasing strategy - Manage casual mall leasing licenses and mall usage space - Prepare budgets, forecasting and reporting for mall merchandising, monthly reporting, tenants' invoices, and rental collection - Liaise with a broad range of stakeholders and ensure local community engagement Here are strengths you'll possess and the background you'll need to be successful; - We're flexible on your background but some previous Property experience is an advantage. We're open to Residential or other areas of Commercial Property. - Relationship focused and client centric, you should have a genuine enjoyment for building relationships and growing your profile/market share. - Ability to establish new business, negotiate and build solid relationships at all levels - Strong time management skills with a proactive and professional approach - Certificate IV in Property Services is required for this role Can we inspire you to join us?
