Roles and responsibilities: Service fault desk coordination of works as required as per contracted KPI's Working closely with our customers taking calls/emails Managing technician scheduling activities Follow up outstanding work with technicians, supervisors and subcontractors for completion Day-to-day communication with Technicians General business administration duties Build rapport with external and internal customers Other duties when required as directed by Line Manager What we look for: Service/Service Delivery and Contract Administration experience Similar experience in an Administration role Excellent oral/written communication skills and attention to detail Strong organisational, administrative skills and time management skills with ability to meet deadlines Ability to work effectively as a team member and independently Capable of working efficiently in a fast pace environment and under pressure High level of expertise in MS Office software including Outlook, Word and Excel, PRONTO and Salesforce Technical aptitude - average computer and network hardware/software configuration knowledge Must have deductive skills for troubleshooting Stable work history If you are interested in this role please click the Apply now button.
