Working collaboratively within a small team this is a varied role ensuring the smooth operation of projects by managing contracts with builders and subcontractors, as well as providing essential administrative support to project management activities. Create contracts for subcontractors, ensuring they are aligned with project objectives and carry appropriate liability clauses to deliver projects as directed. Actively manage contract-related issues and disputes, aiming to minimize risks and ensure project continuity. Generate project-specific documents such as O&M Manuals, Inspection & Test Plan Templates, briefs, and onboarding materials. Handle administrative tasks related to projects, including invoices, purchase orders, and chasing payments to maintain project financial health Provide support to the project manager in workload management, enabling them to focus on overall project management and business development activities Skills and Experience: Proven experience in contracts administration or project management support, preferably within the construction or related industry. Strong understanding of contract management principles and experience in drafting and reviewing contracts. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. Proficiency in administrative tasks, including document creation, financial transactions, and correspondence management. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment. Familiarity with project management processes and terminology is a plus. Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
